  1. The Scanner seems ok as much as I have used it. However it seems it is not possible to register this unit on the foxwell web site. I have tried several times without any luck. I purchased it because of the lifetime updates feature which is useless if you can not register it. I am thinking of returning the unit to amazon for a refund. Foxwell returned my E-Mail saying they would get back to me. I am still waiting 8 days now, what a joke.

    • Bob, Do you use add-blocker or similar type add-on? I just test it. I was failing to register only if my browser add-blocker active. I deactivated, and registration works fine.
If still don’t work, then try to use different browser.

If you face Product Registration problem, then contact with the product seller(if you bought this unit through Amazon). The seller will help to solve this problem.

  2. hello ,I bought an nt624 elite, in the brochure it said that citroen and Peugeot can be diagnosed but those brands do not appear in the scanner,I have a citroen c5 , 2005 ,thanks.

    • It supports Peugeot but not sure about Citroen. They have not listed Citroen brand to their vehicle list.

    • Yes it does. In just updates mine today and the Citroen is on the update list. Try running the foxassist app again and it should show up on your update list.
